Evaluation of beta turn prediction method
Evaluation can be carried out on a single protein, multiple proteins, complete dataset of 426 protein chains or any of the seven subsets. You can download the sets from the datasets link. The input prediction data will be accepted in a specified format. The output consists of four measures of prediction performance: Qtotal, Qpredicted, Qobserved and MCC.
